Lynne Zekis, one of the top loft experts in all of Boston, began her specialization in the loft sub-market in 1993, well before the current popularity of lofts took hold on a broad scale. In the early 90s, the loft market was limited primarily to artists, photographers, metalsmiths, and architects seeking to live in urban industrial neighborhoods. In addition, working with a team, she represented developers in the initial marketing and sales of the following buildings: Fort Point Place, 42 Chauncy Street, 453 Washington Street, 437 D Street, and 346 A Street. She continues to successfully broker a large percentage of the sales in all of the above mentioned buildings, as well as many others.
